We collect your name and phone number so we can text you about bread. That's the whole business model. We never sell your information, and we never share your number with anyone for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text and we stop.
Privacy, plainly.
We're a cottage bakery, not a data company. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we'll never do with it. Effective August 1, 2026.
Text Club: your first name, last name, and mobile phone number — the three things you type into the signup form — plus a record of your consent and your subscription status (so STOP actually sticks).
Orders: if you place a pre-order, we also keep the order details you give us (what you ordered, pickup day, and contact info) so we can bake it and hand it to the right person.
That's it. No accounts, no passwords, no ad trackers, no analytics cookies on this site.
Bake-day alerts, flavor drops, and "last few left" notes — roughly one to three texts a week. If you've placed an order, we'll also text you about that order: confirmation, pickup details, and the pickup address on bake day. Nothing else. No newsletters, no partner promos.
By opting in to the Branson Bagels Text Club you agree to receive automated text messages from Branson Bagels at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency is approximately 1–3 messages per week; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe — you'll get one final confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@bransonbagels.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone.
The only outside party that touches your number is the messaging platform we use to actually deliver the texts (currently Twilio), acting on our instructions solely to send them — the same way the post office touches a letter.
Unsubscribe any time by replying STOP — it takes effect immediately. Want your information deleted entirely, or want to know exactly what we have on file for you? Email hello@bransonbagels.com and we'll take care of it. We keep subscriber info only as long as you're on the list (plus the opt-out record itself, so we don't accidentally text you again).
This policy may change if the bakery does — if it ever changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new effective date. Questions? hello@bransonbagels.com. We read everything.
